SHIPPING

We offer several options for your convenience based on the speed which you need your order. For orders shipped to a destination within the continental United States we offer the following shipping choices. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours. Times below are transit times and DO NOT include processing time. We are not responsible for delays outside the estimates below.

Shipping using this option is free for non-clearance and non-sale items as long as you decide to keep the item. If you return the item for any reason, actual shipping cost will deducted from the refund. Use this option if you are confident that you will keep the item.

. Shipping using this item is only $6.99 per order + $0.99 per item as long as you decide to keep the item.

All orders our shipped out of our warehouse in Central Pennsylvania. While we strive to ship orders within 24 hours, it may take up to three business days during heavy selling periods or when using our FREE deferred shipping option and our Standard shipping options. Once shipped, your orders should arrive within the time table above.

The map below indicates normal transit times once your order is shipped using the Standard shipping option.

Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the order. You may estimate your shipping charges anytime through your shopping cart. This is a high level estimate. Actual shipping with determined during the checkout process prior to paying.

Only orders placed using the FREE deferred shipping option can be shipped to a PO Box. All other shipping methods must be shipped to a physical address.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) during normal business hours.

We do ship outside the continental United States to select countries. If the system has trouble calculating the shipping, we will receive an automated email and will revert with the estimated shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and tariffs. Our FREE deferred shipping service is not available for shipments outside the continental US

Once your order shipment is electronically transmitted by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This tracking information will also appear in your account. You can track the item from there. If the item is showing delivered, you should contact the carrier directly for further information. Unfortunately we do not have any further information other than that provided from the online tracking information available from their website.

RETURNS

You may return merchandise within 7 days of the receipt date for a full refund minus shipping charges.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are more than happy to arrange for a replacement completely at our cost if claimed within 36 hours of delivery of the package (based on the tracking detail provided by the carrier). If you notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we usually can get you the replacement within the originally scheduled promised date. Otherwise, it will be done on a best efforts basis.

If you would like a refund, how you proceed depends on where you purchased the item:

a) If you purchased it on Amazon. com, you can request a return authorization within your Amazon account and return the package to us at your expense. We do not offer postage paid return options when a refund is involved. You must request your return with 7 days of receipt and it must reach us no later than 30 days from the order date. We will destroy any package received after the return window and not issue a refund, so be sure to ship using a service which will reach us in time. Please be sure to insure your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Due to the high costs of selling on Amazon, a restocking fee will be applied against your Amazon refund.

b) If you purchased it on Wal-Mart.com, you should contact us using the email link provided in your customer account to arrange for an return authorization

c) If you purchased form a retailer, you should return your item directly to that retailer

d) If you purchased it at DOMAGRON.com, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization.

Except for purchases on Amazon, where a restocking fee is always applied, as long as you return the item in the original selling condition, we do not charge a restocking fee. If the item is not in new resellable condition, we will charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the item. In addition, if a package is refused or returned to sender for any reason, we will deduct the cost that we spent on shipping for orders where the customer was not originally charged shipping. We feel strongly that customers should not subsidize the purchasing decisions of other customers. By passing along costs that are directly attributable to the customer that creates them, we are able to keep our costs low to all others.
